	As you are aware, Abbey Carpet is not just carpet! We carry a broad selection of hard surface flooring and other home fashion products. We stand behind our name and our commitment to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your new hard surface flooring or window fashions within 60 days after installation by an Abbey Carpet installer we will replace it!
	Abbey offers our customers products that have met and surpassed the highest quality standards set by our industry. Our guarantee to our customers is simple, yet thorough; The flooring you purchase from Abbey will be of first quality and free from defect. If you should experience problems with the flooring or installation, we will stand behind our name and our commitment to you as a valued customer.
If for any reason within sixty days after installation, you decide that your Lifestyle carpet selection is not satisfactory, Abbey Carpet will replace the carpet with another Lifestyle carpet of equal value from the same manufacturer. Simply contact the store of purchase and arrange for the new selection.**
	As a consumer you are exposed to a variety of "wear warranties" for carpet products. If you read the fine print in those warranties, you will find that the specific guarantee is that the "Carpet will not be worn by abrasion more than 10% during the specific period of time stated on the carpet sample" or that " the carpet will not lose more than 10% of it's surface pile from normal abrasive wear" during the term of the warranty.
Based on those guidelines, no carpet product on the market today should ever wear out. It is virtually impossible. At Abbey, we believe that industry wear warranties are misleading to you, the consumer. If, however a wear warranty is important to you, this is our promise; Every carpet by Abbey, based on the guidelines above, is guaranteed not to wear out...ever! * Some guidelines apply.
